About Elaine...
Elaine B., RYT, Nutritional Counselor, Health Coach, Reiki Master and Certified Herbalist
"Living in beautiful Carlsbad for the last 25 year, I felt like I lived in paradise but had jumped on the stress and tension treadmill of life during m days in the competitive and stressful mortgage business. When my health was compromised back in the late 80's and early 90's, I decided to stop popping allergy meds and start on the path to health. I sought out healers that could teach me about health and wellness and prevention of illness and disease.
After my daughters birth in 1995, being intrigued about natural health, I jumped into a year long intensive herbal, nutrition and aromatherapy training course, following that with a three year herbal, nutrition and energy healing studies program. I loved what I was doing.
Throughout these last 15 years, I gave immersed myself in continued trainings in whole food nutrition and whole food concentrates such as Juice Plus+, as well as homeopathy, flower essences, iridology, Reiki and energy healing and yoga. I have taught many workshops and classes on all areas of health and wellness in businesses, gyms and yoga centers, preschools and much more, loving and sharing what I have learned with many.
With my love for helping people move more towards health and wellness, I found I was expending much energy outward and would still feel depleted, less at peace with myself and out of balance. I stated my yoga practice on and off over the past 15 years but preferred the body pump class and didn't take time for establishing my yoga practice. It wasn't until almost five years ago when I had a fall, broke my pelvis and elbow and sprained my wrist that I was led to deepen my yoga practice. After recovery from the injury, I jumped into hatha yoga teacher trainng to rehabilitate and found great peace and balance in my life.
I have enjoyed teaching others yoga and love observe others dropping down into their core, their own knowing of themselves and creating that peace, gratitude and love for themselves and for others!
'Find your center: When we stay connected to our spiritual core, the best and most advantageous path unfolds before us' by Cheryl Richardson"
