Beginner: Learn the alignment and safety principles for common yoga poses. This is a great class to learn proper body mechanics, wonderful for those new to yoga, as well as those who would like a refresher on rebuilding poses from the ground up.
Level 1: Designed to build upon what you already know. Ok for beginners who have an understanding of how to keep their body safe and know their limits in poses. Lots of modifications offered and students are encouraged to work at their own pace.
Level 2: These classes may include inversions, advanced modifications and a faster pace. Not recommended for beginners or those with serious injuries or physical limitations.
Level 3: These classes are advanced, high energy, and not for those with serious injuries or physical limitations.

Yoga Flow"move with the breath" is an energetic flow with postures ranging from sun salutations, grounding standing poses, heart openers, corework, and all around yoga play through a moving meditational dance! Wednesdays 9:00 AM, 5:30PM & 7PM

Class Descriptions
Anusara Inspired : Universal Principles of Alignment are taught in these life-affirming and fun classes which enhance the students ability to understand and advance their yoga process. Using modification as a tool, students can adjust to their ability and energy level. Some inversions, mostly a level 2 class.
Hatha : Encouraged with the use of props, classes include standing, seated and floor poses. Build your skills and focus on linking postures with breath and movement. Gentle Hatha is slower paced making it accessible to all fitness levels.
Basics : Are you curious about one of yoga's fastest-growing styles of practice? If so, learn more by attending our 'Intro to Anusara Yoga' class. This class is appropriate for all levels, from the new-to-yoga to the more experienced practitioner. An alignment-based practice, Anusara Yoga is also the injured practitioner's friend -- this practice will help you to work with and begin the healing process of many of our aches and pains.
Gentle Groove : Anusara Inspired class suitable for beginners, students with some physical limitations, pre & post natal or those who desiring a slower, gentler practice.
Natural Flow : Unwind the mind, lounge and languish to an organic and gentle hatha flow. All levels welcome.
Yoga Flow : Yoga Flow"move with the breath" is an energetic flow with postures ranging from sun salutations, grounding standing poses, heart openers, corework, and all around yoga play through a moving meditational dance!
Restorative Yoga : Restorative yoga is a gentle, slow paced, rejuvenating practice that fuses soothing, well-supported Hatha Yoga poses, with meditation & breath work, to create a deep feeling of peace, relaxation, and harmony of body, mind, and spirit. This class is appropriate for all levels, from the first time yoga student to the accomplished yogi.
